Shipping & Delivery

All Groh® orders received Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders received on National Holidays will be processed the following business day and shipped within 2 business days.

We offer four USPS shipping options, and you will receive a USPS tracking number for your order.   

USPS Ground: $8.99, 1-7 business days

USPS Two Day: $19.99, 2 business days

USPS Next Day: $99.99, 1 business day

FREE SHIPPING on all orders $125 and above, via USPS. 

We do require a phone number be provided at checkout. This is solely and only used if USPS has a delivery question and needs to get in touch with a customer while the order is in route. 

Shipping to Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska only. 

All shipping rates are non-refundable once order has shipped. 

If any of the products received in your order are damaged or deemed defective, please give us a call within 5 business days from the delivery date of your package at (855) 426-7765 to discuss obtaining a replacement.

If you receive an Order Delivery Confirmation Email or Track your Order and it shows as Delivered but have not received your package - please notify us within 5 business days so we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier. 

All shipping rates are non-refundable once order has shipped.
