Returns & Refunds

We here at Groh Beauty Corp stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within thirty (30) days of purchase. Your returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation email. Shipping costs paid on your order will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the merchandise for a refund. Please call  855-426-7765 to obtain a proper return address, prior to shipping merchandise.

Purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card used to place the order. For your security, there are no exceptions to this policy.

If any of the products received in your order are damaged or deemed defective, please give us a call within 10 business days at 855-426-7765 to discuss obtaining a replacement.

If any items in your order are missing or if you received the wrong item, please let us know within 10 business days so we may correct the situation.
